Start your weekend in a relaxed state of mind. Join us and learn how to practice conscious breathing followed by a 20-minute guided meditation. Our instructor, Certified Chair Yoga Instructor Pat Richter, will help you feel supported and confident in exploring these mindfulness techniques that you can use on your own to support well-being.
